Love the fiberglass but can’t afford an Oliver Ellite II, I’m very experienced in fiberglass lobster boats, it’s the best.

The Escape 5.0 TA fifth wheel is probably the unit with the most headroom inside. Not in the bath, but the kitchen/dinette is spacious. Besides how much time does one spend in the bath?

I can't stand being in my 19's bathroom either, so soon as I'm in there I sit down.

I definitely can deal with a small bathroom, even though I’m in there 3 ttimes a night with an aging prostate. I have time before I can purchase so I will visit a couple units. I appreciate such great response to my questions and having this support and kindness for others is very important to me, thank you.

I find the bathroom in our 19 snug but usable, and a major improvement over that in our former 17B, where the front wall was about three inches too close to comfortably allow for grabbing britches from the ankle zone without grinding the nose on the front wall. Sorry if that’s overly graphic. I’m 5’11”. Love the 19’s bath, but only because of past experience with the 17B. By comparison, the 21’s bath is decadently spacious, however. Haven’t made a point of checking out a 5.0.

True. And I, for one, spend way more time in the bed than the lavatory. Thankfully. [emoji28]

Is the bath in the 5.0 have more headroom due to the sloping roof line? They list 72" H for the 21 & 19 and 68" H for the 17, but there is nothing listed for the 5.0.

I have a 5.0TA Classic brochure and it says this:
Bathroom 40” x 27” x 72”

I thought the bath in 5.0 was the same as in the E19 39x26x71, so it's about 1" give or take. The E21 has the largest bath area but as mentioned earlier, the 5.0 kitchen area is really high.

Regarding the 21, My wife is small but it’s been along time since we slept in a 54” wide bed. I think the 21 is 6’5” interior height, I’ll check out a 54” bed and see how that feels, I think that is a full.

Something doesn't add up. I'm 74" and can stand just fine in the head. Maybe they were taller back in 2014, if I remember I;ll measure it tomorrow. I do however rap my elbows on occation.

Can’t control the height shrinkage but I have become less round, if I get down to 210, my HS weight, maybe I can fit in that 54” bed of the 21E. May sound out of line but I’m not sure I can “wrestle” with my better half in that over head bed of the 5.0TA. after 40 yrs of marriage it not that often but still important and fun. Sorry if I offended anyone but I was actually wondering about it.

Set those Ball X chocks tight and make sure the sand pads are down. And get the best bumper sticker of all time.

A 54”, 60”, or 72” bed wouldn’t matter if a spouse bounced, kicked, and woke up multiple times throughout the night, with restless leg syndrome. Not fun for anyone. Neither is one or two larger persons cramped in a small bed.
Don’t forget that the 48” wide dinette can be made into a pretty comfortable bed in a few short minutes. Point is, use both beds. Ya can’t wrestle all night. Hmmm.
