Tiny Mod to Table Locking Screw

We often forget to tighten the locking screw for the sliding dinette table, resulting it falling to the floor sometime while towing. Also, I never quite liked the rough end of the screw digging straight into the wood underneath the table. After a huge design effort, I settled on jamming two 1/4-20 nuts together on the end of the screw. This keeps it from backing entirely out and spreads the load a little when tightened.

I must have missed those posts. At any rate, after some cursing and adroit maneuvering with needle-nose pliers, I got 'er done as Parker noted above.
