Great - They attach to the leg of your stabilizers where it contacts the ground to spread the load and keep it from sinking in.
You only need two for a 5.0.

Yes, I posted a link in the other discussion on stabilizers. Here is a link that shows the pads on use along with BAL's locking arms.

We just picked up a set as well. So far, on both mud and concrete, they're working quite well.

The base pads for the C-Jack are shown on the BAL Accessories web page - they're the 10th item down. Unfortunately, that page doesn't provide any useful information... just a photo and model number (23200).

I've had them on my 21 for a while not they work great.

I also have gone to the next step and attached a set of yellow jack pads to the BAL pads ... one less thing to pack up and store...
