Great - They attach to the leg of your stabilizers where it contacts the ground to spread the load and keep it from sinking in.
You only need two for a 5.0.

Yes, I posted a link in the other discussion on stabilizers. Here is a link that shows the pads on use along with BAL's locking arms.

FYI I got a set of these pads from escape last summer when I picked up my trailer. They were displayed on their accessory board.
