Umbra Flip Hook Rack

Has anyone cut and shortened an Umbra Flip wall mount hook rack to better fit a wall? The five hook natural is just to long for my available places. I was unsuccessful in a search of the archives.

We had ETI order ours. They were cut and installed in a matter of minutes during our orientation in Chilliwack.

There's a steel pin that the hooks hinge on running the full length. It'll cut, but best to know it's there.

I bought a 5-hook and Reace cut and installed them (3 +2) during the orientation. Perfect fit, perfect installation...

Thanks for the response...I suspected that there was a metal rod involved in the rack that could ruin a blade. For some reason Umbra doesn't make a natural 3 hook rack.

Cut mine with a 10" chop saw with an OLD trim blade. (Left me with a nice single hook too.)
