After seeing Jim's nice paper towel holder, I just ordered one of these towel holders by the same company. It looks to be easy to hang while camping and take down when traveling. Nice place for a dish towel. Towel Rack

You have to remove or anchor the paper towel on these racks or they will unwind during travel.

You mean like the toilet paper sometimes does when we forget to take it down?

If you squeeze the TP or paper towel roll so that it is oval, not round, it isn't supposed to unroll. I remove it myself.

We use the squeeze method for the TP. Thought everyone did. We have never had an unravelling issue when travelling doing this.

We mostly use the single hooks the same way. This is the great thing about these, that we only need to pull them out when needed, and not have permanently mounted. Just like the suction cup hooks on the exterior, you can put up just as many as you need.

Stick with Viva brand towels as they won't unravel.

We just take the paper towels down and stuff them in the closet. Easy to do with these hooks.

I use a rubber band around the toilet paper, and this paper towel holder. The rubber balls on the end help keep the towels from unrolling. I think I got the idea from Glenn (gbaglo). Using Viva towels helps as well...
