By the way, my previous Jetpack had a bigger problem, although I'm not sure it was due just to the heat - the battery swelled until it pushed the back off the unit. I went through two batteries before I gave it up. I din't remember the brand, but it was the 4G Jetpack that came with the original Millicom plan.
