Feet prints would make for a novel product - maybe sand cast them out of aluminum?

The cup has a hole in the bottom to plug in power to the phone to keep it charged and on the top is a phone jack plugged into the Aux stereo system input. Since I have an unlimited data plan I stream music from one of my favorite Pandora stations and can run music 24/7. I also have hundreds of songs saved to the phone in the case of a no-reception area. I also use the phone as a wifi hotspot for our portable devices and mounting the cup up high gets me the best local reception. It also serves as a phone and I can leave it in the cup while talking on the phone since the output sound is piped through the stereo. And I use some of the apps for camping like the timer for brewing coffee or as a wake up alarm. Pretty useful!

I make a phone holder that doesn't stick out as much used the same way. Mounts with VHB tape.

If I was going to do it and have ease of reset for different patterns but keep time and cost down .. I would use a pantograph router machine and go with 2024 T3 .125 Alum fast cutting carbide spiral router bits.. Just saying :} Sand casting would be time consuming and the finishing work would take a fair bit. Add a drill press with a tool steel jig for drilling the mount brackets to match different stabilizers and your good. I only used the T6 as it was laying around the shop taking up space.
