Buy a Phillips sonic toothbrush, and use the ultraviolet head cleaner regularly. That eerie blue light has me convinced nothing nasty has survived!

Maybe we should bring back the old time, non flushing, function specific out-house.
In Europe, often the toilet is in a separate room avoiding the problem.

On the other hand, there are some who theorize that our obsession with disinfectants and sanitation have contributed to the evolution of superbugs and the tremendous increase in allergies.

Well, I just forwarded that interesting bit of information to my husband and kids. Maybe FINALLY the toilet seat will get put down on a regular basis.

Seeing the video, I'm glad we have the combination toothbrush/toothpaste/Dixie cup holder, with a lid. I'm still trying to find a supplier.

If you keep your tooth brush in the toilet area you may as well clean the bowl with it and then brush. I know it sounds bad but it's true. Yuck !
I get some warm water in a cup and Go out side.

If I had to brush my teeth in the tiny 17's bathroom, I'd have bruised elbows! I keep mine in the top half of a travel toothbrush holder stored in the overhead cabinet across from the bathroom.

I've been puzzling over bath storage too. What a coincidence!

A tweak on Frederick's storage box from fiberglassrv is to mount it sideways so the lid opens like a door. A Plano stowaway 23700-02 has the dividers the right way for this. And adhere an acrylic mirror to the front, both to have a mirror and to hide the box. It's still kinda ghetto, but in a good way.

Trying to expand on the Casita forum suggestion mentioned by Donna, I looked for a corner plastic medicine cabinet that could fit under the sink, but without success.

I did find plastic medicine cabinets at apcabinets.com, but the smallest is 16x20" and about 4" deep. Dunno if this is too large for over the sink, but it would certainly fit on the wall behind the toilet (at least in the 19').

Built-in medicine cabinet is a great idea for the new model Escapes.
Have any of you installed one and are happy you did? or
Have any of you installed a medicine cabinet and now you have regrets?

A good # of folks don't want the sink cause the bathroom is so small, wonder if the medicine cabinet is a delete-able item. Although I have yet see what one looks like.

Once you get used to not having one the lack of such is not a big deal.

We're not getting the sink in ours as we want a bit more room in there and I feel it's too small to really make it usable. I'm really curious about the new medicine cabinet and where all it's gonna go. Chances are I'll go without it (if we switch to the 2017 version, of course) as it might take up elbow space. But, have to wait till we see photos, huh?

I suppose it could go above the back of the toilet and therefore not really be in the way??
I don't have a bathroom so not familiar enough.

Kinda got the impression it might be molded in and maybe a door added. Don't know why I have that impression so just a guess at this point. We use the 3m bath products and they have organized the bath for us but would love to see some vanity ideas. Shouldn't be hard to add a stock RV one.

We've actually managed quite well with the size of the bathroom itself and the sink.

Of course when we are out camping it's a bit like "playing house." I've been known to spout lame lines like closing the door behind me saying, "if you are looking for me, I'm in the bathroom."

I have and use the sink too Larry, and have no trouble with it. I have also shown the trailer to a few folks that liked the idea of NOT getting the sink, and walked away with the intent of ordering it that way.

Couldn't do without the sink in the bathroom. Grew up with a German mother who would faint at the idea of washing any part of the human body (other than the hands) in the kitchen sink. She'd probably come back and haunt me if I even thought of brushing my teeth there .... We organize the bathroom using command hooks and a mesh/net shoe holder.
