It occurred to me that it should be possible to have the Cell Booster on our tow vehicle where we could create a hotspot and then use the WiFi Booster set-up on the trailer to bring the hot-spot into the trailer. It wouldn’t be the most convenient set-up, but it would mean only having to put the Cell Booster on the tow vehicle.
Any thoughts on that set-up? I’ve not seen that suggested anywhere.
I also forgot to ask about power consumption on the Cell Booster. With using the phone as a hotspot, we’d be powering multiple devices which might be too much of a drain on our solar powered batteries? Eg phone, cell booster, wifi booster, ipad or two. Maybe that would be asking too much of our solar capacity?

I have done the opposite, i.e. I have a Verizon Jetpack & Sleek booster in the trailer & an AT&T phone in a Sleek (the Sleek is the older version of the cradle WeBoost) in the tow vehicle. If I can't pick up an AT&T data signal while driving, I switch the phone's WiFi to the Jetpack in the trailer. It provides a weak, but usable signal with the Jetpack in the 21's driver's side dinette upper cabinet. When I had the 17, the Jetpack lived in the front of the trailer & the signal was excellent.
I'd be concerned running the phone & booster in the tow vehicle when parked - The combination of the Jetpack & booster in my trailer draws around 2 amps. Not a problem for the solar fed 6V batteries in the trailer, but I'd be wary of running a long time on the tow vehicle's battery.
