19' Specs Request

Could someone please post the specs for the 19’ Escape? I’ve found some piecemeal info between the Escape website, this forum and the fiberglassrv forum but nothing official or consolidated. In case Reace & Tammy are too busy with current production and shows, I’m hoping that one of the lucky new owners could provide the info.

I’m particularly interested in the size (ext height, ext width, ext body length, ext total length, and interior height) and weight ( axle, tongue, total) specs as well as the L x W x H of the bathroom. We’re currently trying to decide between the 19’ and 17B. The specs would be very helpful for determining if my car (1999 Toyota 4Runner 4WD w/V6 engine & 5000 tow rating) can handle it and if our available driveway space is sufficient for storage purposes.

My wife & I are hoping to make our decision asap so we can still get an order placed in time for a possible Fall pickup.

Thanks in advance.

Re: 19' Specs Request

A few specs on the 19'. I will try to get more later for you Brad. Extremely busy right now.

Dry weight is 2510 (sans propane, batteries, awning, water, gear)
Overall height with normal axle would be about 7-10 plus the vents and AC.

Re: 19' Specs Request

Thanks for the initial info Jim. I actually received additional size/weight specs from Tammy which was just what we needed. For others who might also want this info, it is as follows...

Size Dimensions
  • Ext. Total Length: 19' 6"
  • Ext. Body Length: 15' 8"
  • Total Ext Height: 8' 6"
  • Ext. Width: 7'
  • Interior Height: 6' 5"

Weight
  • Approx. Dry Hitch Weight: 256 lbs
  • Approx. Dry Axle Weight: 2254 lbs
  • Approx. Total Dry Weight: 2510 lbs

Other
  • Rear Queen Bed: 60" x 80"
  • Front Bed / Table: 44" x 77"
  • Bathroom Size: 40" x 27" x 72"

In addition, we received a message from the Eddys (many thanks!) who are currently out on the road with their new 19' pulled by their 2000 4Runner. Word is that it pulls like a dream! After hearing from the Eddys and marking out the size of the 19' in our driveway with chalk, I'm excited to say that my wife (Shay) & I put in our order for a 19' this morning!

Can't wait to start plotting our journey from TX to pick it up in late Sept.

Re: 19' Specs Request

Woohoo!!!

Congrats on getting the 19 on order Brad, you and Shay will love it.

I'm sure the Eddy's are breaking theirs in great with their trip back home, as I am sure you will when you pick yours up. I am really looking forward to giving ours a good workout too. Only 3 nights in it so far, 1 or 2 this coming weekend, and starting a 16 night trip next Friday.

Thanks for posting those specs. I just realized that we likely have them on the spec sheets Tammy supplied us with.
