300W Inverter recommendation

We need to get a new 300W inverter to power my husband's laptop...can anyone recommend a good brand? We want a pure sine wave inverter. It seems as though GoPower might be decent quality?

I installed it myself and this was not difficult. It is recommended to install an inline fuse. I used a 40 amp ANL fuse and fuse holder. This inverter can use a remote power on/off switch which I recommend you do, since the inverter will otherwise have a drain on the battery even when there is no load.

The cables supplied with the inverter are short, and you need to install it as close to the battery as possible although not in the same compartment.

I have an inverter non-recommendation: if this is just for the laptop, consider getting a power supply for it that plugs into 12V DC power directly, instead of using the regular power supply with an inverter. It's a tidier, somewhat more efficient, and possibly more trouble-free configuration.

I've got both a small (250 watt) MSW inverter & a 12V power supply for my computer. I use the 12V power supply most of the time I'm off hookups, but do find the small inverter is useful to have, both for the trailer & the tow vehicle. As long as I keep the load under 150 watts or so I can plug it into any 12V receptacle.

I also have a permanently installed 1000W pure sine wave inverter in the trailer I use to make a pot of coffee each morning!
