The 3/4" nut mounting on the hex shaft portion is a great idea.

Thanks to everyone who shared their ideas and pictures. I did receive a reply back from ETI and the tool is intended to be used with a power drill. This is NOT a rant against ETI. I hold the company and their product in the highest of regards. I just find this a bit odd. If one had to manual raise/lower the landing and gear and did not have a drill, it would be impossible. In my opinion, the tool should be usable immediately with the use of a hand tool.

So this is my solution. I went to Home Depot and purchased a 10" X 1/2" threaded bolt, a 1/2" hex nut and a 3/16" roll pin. Grand total of about $3.50. I switched the adapter for the motor over to the threaded rod and tightened the hex nut to make it stable. Just had to drill one hole. On the right in the photo is a Camco adapter used for raising/lowering stabilizer jacks with a drill. It can also be used manually with the tool provided for the jacks. A 4-way can be used. Also thought about buying a cheap speed handle (mentioned in an above post) with 3/4" socket. Choices, I like choices!
