All Oregonians use Duck tape. We have some that is green with yellow ducks on it. Works great to identify airline luggage.

One could always install the E-Z gutters in white along the verticals, it would blend in and offer some wind protection. Warning, do not apply when below 50 degrees, it does not stick too well.
