Another refrigerator thread

There are so many frig threads that I couldn't figure out where to put this, so if an administrator wants to add it to something else, feel free.

We've had our Escape 19 for over a year now and the large frig has performed well. This year, over the past 6 weeks, we've been in some pretty hot places -- the temperature was pushing toward 100 the other day in Theodore Roosevelt. We thought that maybe the Texas fan had something to do with the frig staying cool.

The one thing that has happened intermittently has been a problem with the propane setting. The frig would be on propane and then a beep beep would happen and the propane light would blink. We'd reset it and it would usually be all right. But the other day it happened several times and Terry went to the back of the frig to do some exploring and lo and behold, the Texas Fan was off, meaning it had never been turned on in the first place.

So he turned it on, and the problem hasn't happened again. We're not sure if it is resolved, but for now (over a thousand miles from home) things are okay and everything is staying cool.
