bed size and bedding

Hello
We will be picking up our '21' on April 16th, and my wife is wondering what works best for most escapers as far as bedding size goes ,,,, double fitted sheets?,,, queen comforter?,, or what combo works best for your '21'
she thanks you as the excitement
starts and the shopping begins!!!

The mattress is a full XL. A full XL dimensions are 54" x 80".

We use full XL sheets. They are easy to find - Amazon carries a good assortment. Our comforter is full XL as well. Bed Bath & Beyond carries them but if your careful on the length, sometimes a full/queen works. We wanted about a 90" length.
Queen is the right length but seemed too wide for us and made making the bed difficult.

We will be doing the same thing in our new trailer as we did in our last.
We purchase a fitted bottom sheet to protect the mattress, then use two sleeping bags zipped together on top...were camping. My wife makes a liner out of two sheets that fits inside and tied in each lower corner. The liner is made by sewing across the bottom and up a foot on each side. We have two liners so we can wait a few night to find laundry to clean one or both. They are easy to remove and install.
I hate jamming normal sheets down the side of the bed to make it each day and the possibility of a body part slipping out the side of a comforter touching a cold wall is not appealing.
We purchased our sleeping bags from Canadian Tire. They have all the dimensions for each bag so it makes for easy pickings. Picking a bag that is wider works best and as long as you can get.
