I was stocking the trailer for the rally and noticed the door above the microwave was loose. I went to tighten it and the screws would not grab. I swapped them out for one size up and they wouldn't grab either. I took the door down to fill the holes with glue and toothpicks and found what you see below. Upon further inspection it appears someone at ETI was having a bad day lol. The screws on the left hinge had missed the inner frame and only one screw on the right hinge had partially hit the inner frame. It appears there was more then one attempt to mount the door. I moved it lower hit the stiffener will either trim the door out or wood putty the holes over.. So before you just tighten that screw you might want to check the back side lol save yourself the walking back and forth to the shop lol.
Yeah a couple of other ways to repair redo but this was expedient with time / materials on hand , I had to go to work . I will have to replace the entire interior piece as just adding to it will put the screws right at the joint . It will be done correctly after the rally.
