I use one of those at home for doing bearings, but don't bring it on the road. In the event I might get a flat, I will just use one Anderson leveller.

Actually, just looking into various Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems right now. This will avoid the flat in the first place, though won't help change it.

I thought about using an Anderson leveler- I don't have them haven't used them. I heard they were too long for our wheels? so it didn't buy/yet. I just use the little blocks to level - the Anderson looked like a nice system.

One of the levelers has to be trimmed a bit to work in between the tires, if you want one under each tire. But I have camped plenty of times where I only used one.

I would not use my camper with one wheel supported and one wheel in the air, that has to be so unstable or at least the trailer must shake. With stabilizers down, B@L X chocks between wheels, my unit is very stable and does not shake.

Might only be the spring suspension 5.0TA's, but the Anderson Levelers do not jack up the lifted tire high enough for the not lifted tire to clear the ground.

I believe Jim's 2017 5.0TA has the torsion bar suspension and wondering if the Anderson levelers could be used to lift one side of trailer to change or service a non supported tire / flat.

Jim if you read this I hope you chime in?

The Anderson “Rapid Jack” is a different product than the levelers. The “Rapid Jack” is for changing a tire. The Levelers are not designed for that purpose.

I can lift my front tires off the ground with 6x6 blocks under the landing gear, and with them fully extended, so have no doubt that the Anderson leveller would work when connected. If I really had to, I could add a Lego block or two under it.

My last trailer had the same suspension as the Escape 19 / 21
In an emergency you can loosen the nuts on the flat tire, then drive up on two short staggered 2 x 8 s with the good tire, remove the nuts on the flat tire and remove the flat. At that time you can judge if it safe to continue the operation or move on a short distance at slow speed to where it is safer to install the spare.
Always good to practice the operation with your partner first so they know what you are trying to accomplish. Faster if they pull the vehicle forward or backwards onto the blocks and stop with your direction.
That is our plan if stopped in a less than idea place...yours my differ.

Right - that's the effect of the "equalizer" rocker between the leaf springs: it allows more axle travel if they are moving opposite directions (one up, one down) than would be available if moving together (or in a single-axle trailer with the same springs).

I have four 2" x 8" blocks that are normally used for leveling. I have the plastic ones but these are higher and stronger. I hollowed them out a bit to reduce weight and added a piece of 3/8" plywood. The added height lifts one wheel enough so that I can change the tire, pack the bearing or adjust the brake.

Never noticed any instability.
