Why not bleach on a saturated rag laying in the bottom of the sink for a while? What do I know, mine is stainless steel....

OK, so Vim for the sink. Anyone ever cleaned their cushion covers? If so, how?

Haven't. Should.
FYI there is a technique for getting the covers back on the cushions. It involves putting the cushion inside a plastic bag before pulling the cover over ( slides easier ). Then you pull the plastic bag out.
I think the method was described over on FGRV or was on YouTube.

If you were to take the cushions outside and blast them with a pressure washer, squish out as much water as you can, and set them in a breezy location, you should be able to dry them out before mold sets in. Yeah, that's what I would do. (with your cushions, that is)

I would also think that a using a tough 60 grit sandpaper to remove the stains, followed by a sanding with 120 grit should clean that there sink up just dandy.

Jim gets all his information over on FGRV.
Surprised he didn't mention soaking them in Diet Coke.
