My order is in; I thought we were waiting until the prototype was installed and verified working. Oh well.........

Interesting topic.
I don't remember hearing this much talk on refrigerators in the last few years. Is this a hotter summer or are our refers getting too big?

IMHO;
>I think it's the warm summer season at hand.
>The excitement and talk of new models is fading.
>More US owners in warm regions.
>Likely more Escape owners visiting the warmer US regions.
>Seemingly more new models with poor performance.
>Some owners just now admitting that they too have an issue.

I'm wondering, too. People have been camping in Texas and other hot spots in RVs and huge MHs for decades. Maybe just measuring the refer temps is part of the problem.

Seems like the hot air climate from Washington DC has finally had an impact on all of us….

I'd agree with these. Any cursory search online about the Dometic models in question reveals alot of complaints about their performance. 40 degrees is fine. 45? Not hardly.
