Dry mesh

We are trying to track down some dry mesh to put under bed to help with possible moisture problem. The two companies I have tried to reach are dead ends. Has anyone found this product recently?

We will be picking up our new 21' ft escape this Friday. We would like to thank everyone in the forum for their help. We were newbies in regards to the build sheet. Thanks to the forum we know we made some good chooses but unfortunately probably drove Tammy, Kim and Reace crazy with addition just as our escape was going into production. I can not say enough good things about the folks at Escape. We are sooooo very excited. This is a great forum. Thanks!

Here is one I used in my Escape Hypervent Condensation Prevention Matting and I just bought the one from Jon's site, a little cheaper, will do a comparison in a couple of months,

We got the one from Jon's site. It came within 10 days of ordering - not bad considering they're in CT and we're in BC :-) Don't know how it works with the 5.0 yet, but the people mooring their boat next to ours swear by it.
The biggest issue was moving the mattress in the new 5.0 to get it under! I swear I gained a few extra muscles doing that one!

Has anyone used dry mesh or hypervent behind the dinette cushions? It gets cool at night in the mountains, and we are noticing condensation behind the seat backs. It could be dripping from the windows, but if we move the seat backs away from the walls, the walls stay dry.

Yes we have the vents open a bit. I would leave the shades up, which would prevent condensation on the windows. But DW seems afraid of voyeur bears here in Glacier. :-)

Try reversing the seat cushions, the back of the seats are covered in vinyl for those wet swimsuit situations so when left against the wall there is no air breathing. Reversing will allow air to circulate against the wall, simple no cost solution.

Hi: LeonW... Buy a couple of pool noodles and cut to the length of the seat back cushions. Drop them on the seats behind the backs. More comfortable seating position and allows some air circulation behind the backs IMHO.
We have the same kind of bares too!!! Alf

We use it under dinette cushions and under the mattress.

Congratulations! Maybe I'll see you at ETI. I'll be there Friday finalizing our build sheet.

If you haven't found your Drymesh, Hypervent is a good (maybe better) alternative and available in Marysville. Sorry I didn't see this post sooner - you could have picked it up on the way home.

If you live in Canada, be aware that Fisheries Supply's default shipper is UPS, which tacks a huge, phoney "customs brokerage" fee onto cross-border shipments, payable upon delivery. Insist that the supplier ship via the United States Postal Service, and you'll avoid the extra charges.

UPS isn't brown for nothing.
They sent me a bill for $50 brokerage two weeks after I received my package, so I couldn't even refuse to accept it.
