ECO reset button

Here a another dumb question what does the Letters ECO mean when referring to RV reset button. I know what the manual reset does I was just wondering if ECO was a aberration for something.

I think the ECO is the Emergency Cutoff Switch on the hot water heater. If it trips you need to push the reset button. I personally don't know of anyone that has ever had to do this. More info is in the manuals.

I assume the question is about the controls on the water heater. The ECO switch is a protective control, which needs to be reset if it is tripped. I believe that "ECO" is an acronym, but I don't recall for what... and I couldn't find it in a quick search.

Thanks guys your right I was referring to the RV hot water heater. Now I know ( Emergency Cut off Switch ) For the life of me I could not find what the abbreviations meant in the Hot water heater manual.
