Decided to check terminal connector I had installed recently. Was surprised to see ( pic 2 ) corrosion. Cleaned it up, but I won't know anything for certain until I have another problem or until I get the sage advice of the forum. Note that I was getting 13.65 before and after cleaning the battery terminal.
Well it can't be too bad if you are not getting a large voltage drop across the connector, but eventually, the corrosion will eat enough of the connector that it will break. If it was mine, I'd replace it now, and use a battery terminal corrosion preventor such as CRC to keep it from future problems.

I believe that is the connector that I replaced less than two months ago. I'll get the CRC for sure.

I started using the battery terminal spray on everything that has a battery a couple years ago, it works.
