Escape Delivery Costs

Could any one who has had an Escape delivered to the Eastern US rather than picking it up tell me what the shipping costs were.

My impression is that the costs have gone up, however, much of it depends on whether there is one other trailer with yours or two, or yours alone. Big difference. Hope someone will tell us what they paid.

Hi: C&G in FL... Yes the delivery chg's vary depending on how many trailers are on the truck. I figured we had the time so the fuel cost $1750 +Camping fees and the visits with family and friends was priceless!!! Alf

PM Sent. I was told by ETI there is no difference in the number of trailers on the truck when I inquired.

I had my trailer delivered to me in Northern VA. I shared a delivery with 2 other trailer deliveries. My cost in July 2013 was $2800 CAD.

From ETI's website:

If you are considering having your trailer delivered, please let us know. Deliveries can be combined resulting in significant savings.

We were quoted $1.50 per mile on a single delivery, or $1.25 per mile if it was combined with another delivery. This works out to about $3700 to deliver to Ontario, so we are driving out to pick it up ourselves.

I have paid for 2 deliveries to York, Pa. Both of mine were split with another delivery, prices range from $2400 to $2900 with the second price being paid in late 2013, the first was mid 2012. Without sharing the cost, the price would have been approximately $1000 more (US dollars). A way to save money is to drive to Goshen, Indiana where Dave, the driver routinely makes deliveries and picks up items to return to Chilliwack. Substantial savings (up to $1000) can be had if you pick your unit up there. Please note, these prices are last year amounts, ETI can give you current prices. Also note, these amounts are Canadian amounts, so with the exchange rate more savings can be had. Also remember not to include delivery in your titling purchase price as it is not subject to sales/title/use tax and remember to use US dollars for the same purpose..
