I would like to see the photos and I'm sure quite a few others would also. But that could be a nuisance for you to do. I can't tell from the result posted what step didn't go right for you but I'm sure someone can walk you through the necessary step. So let's hang off sending individually emailed photos until one of the forum guru's can help you post them.

I have never understood how to find out a pictures' "URL" address. I make my pictures ready for the web by using a photo editing program (Photoshop Elements, Picassa, for example,) then make the program reduce its image file size to no less than 72 DPI (dots per inch) and/or 10-12 inches across.

Then I save picture to my hard drive folder I call webready. Use the paper clip symbol in "advanced" to go to that folder, choose the desired photo and upload.

I don't know what to say other than follow the instructions and it will work.
I also don't know what step was missed.

That instruction is for if you are posting pix from another web-site ( like a photo storage site.
The first section of instruction is what you use for posting pix that are on your computer. Like Myron, I move pix from wherever they are on my Mac to my desktop so I can find them easily.

I believe he's got enough steel on there to make the semi's, the main and the final as my stock car racing park mechanic used to say. That said, I'd take her out on a couple soft laps and check it, then time trial it, and check, and if still good, hammer down.

Thanks for posting the photos Eric.

Looks like a substantial repair. I think you can have peace of mind knowing that the repair is very strong and not likely to ever be a problem again.

Too bad it happened, hope you now get lots of enjoyment using the trailer.

I completely agree with Jim. A trailer can be subjected to a LOT of stresses in even "normal" use. Humans make the welds and even modern steel can have hidden structural defects. I think carefully looking the frame over in ANY trailer is probably something we should all have on our yearly task list. Can do it while waxing the underside, right Donna?
