Is the fresh water tank in the front or the back of a 17?

Also I'm packing up for a short trip tried to get the fridge going to cool it down before the trip but it won't start. I push the on off button and nothing lights up I have power to the trailer Microwave is lit up. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ? Not very level right now in the driveway but I haven't turned the fridge on since the fall.

The under-construction photo shows the water heater under the driver's-side rear dinette bench. The fresh water tank should be under the floor, between the frame rails, starting just behind the step up in the floor.
