Mine has an inline fuse on a terminal block that is accessed through the outside of the trailer. In my case, the wire shook loose; but the fuse may have blown, as well.
Very easy to fix or replace, just non-intuitive that it is there. The symptom would be no power of any sort to the refrigerator.

And of course there is also a circuit breaker in the fuse box underneath the rear seat/dinette.

Here's ETI's answer to my version of that question:
The converter panel that we install in the 2015 Escape trailers is, WFCO 5500. The fuses are ATC 15 amp and 20 amp.

pretty sure it is. If it is a circuit breaker, just check to see if the breaker is tripped and if so, reset it. Assume the lights etc in the trailer work,

If it does not work on 120 VAC or propane or 12 VDC , the only thing common to all three modes of operation is 12 VDC and the control board . My refrigerator requires12 VDC to power the control board in all modes. I would check the DC fuse in the converter and in the back of the refrigerator ,

Read post 2. You can access the back by removing the lower vent cover.

Just to the rear of the entry door to the trailer is an aluminum vent that has two hand turn fasteners.
