Front Storage Box Dimensions

I have searched the site for the inside dimensions of the front storage box that Escape offers as an option for all their trailers except the 5th wheel. Could someone point me to where the dimensions exist or provide them. I realize the box is an unusual shape and not amenable to simple numbers, but something close would be good.

I wanted the box for my 2010 Escape 19 but they were just designing it when I took delivery. Now with my new 21 waiting on the lot I finally have one. But what can I put inside?

Assuming that the boxes are similar in size...looking at the box from the top ... it's a trapezoid with the long base against the trailer and is about 79 " there. The front edge against the tank covers is about 48'. Front to back is about 12". Depth varies...where it sets over the tongue it's about 18"+ deep and to the sides it's about 21-22" deep. Our 19 has the two 6 volt batteries centered over the tongue but there is adequate room for leveling blocks, jack pads, sewer hose support, white water hose, extension cord, and a tupper ware box for water filter, electrical plugs, gloves, etc. Don't know how I would live without it.

The out side dimensions are 79"across the back and 49" across the font of the box.The battery area is 38"across the back and 29" across the front, and 17 1/2" deep. There is a a 16" wide piece of 1/4" plywood covering two 6 volt batteries. There is 6 1/2" above the batteries. The spaces on each side of the battery area is 21 1/2" deep, the floor area is 10" front to back, the ceiling area is 12 3/4" front to back. Hope this helps.

No batteries in the storage box of a 21 - all storage.

If you don't have batteries in the front storage box., you have some extra storage area. Hope these measurements can be used by prospective buyers of 19 or 21.
