I have a 2013 Escape 17B. When I try to 1) check the amount of water in my tanks, 2) turn on the water pump, or 3) turn on the furnace, a little red light comes on in the fuse box. If I touch the fuse next to the red light, Nos. 1, 2 or 3 work sometimes. Should I replace the fuse? What does the little red light mean? Thanks!
I believe what you are seeing is a blown fuse indicator. They normally light up when you have a blown fuse during that particular circuit's power need. Which helps you determine a circuit problem.
You might try one.Take out the fuse and look at it. They are clear colored plastic with a visible metal element imbedded inside. Or you can test it with a meter connected at both contacts. I sounds like you might have a board problem or the fuse is not making good connection. Generally when you see the light, the fuse has blown.
Fuses are a inexpensive solution to many problems. Check every fuse you have in your trailer and carry spares for them. You know Mr. Murphy will rear an ugly head at the most unopportune time. They take up so little space, it's well worth the effort IMHO.

And don't just carry one spare fuse, cause you'll burn that one trying to figure out what's causing it to blow.
