Is that normal?

The double pane glass window of the emergency exit over the bed of the 19ft Escape is not line up with the outside window. It almost look like it slip out of place.

Gosh,
This is you "new" used unit you just got, isn't it? Was this when you got it or just happened? I'm sure it can be fixed and still maybe under Escape's 2 year warranty on your 2011 unit, ask Reace? Sorry about that.

It is a used trailer that we just bought.
I notice it only today when I was cleaning it.
We will call Reace tomorrow and see what can be done.

Michele, I'm curious, does the window close? I find this solution to making this window thermopane interesting. On our brand new 15B a second piece of glass is adhered to the inside of the outside glass. Technically there is no frame for it and it is the same as yours. We too, have a gap around the inside portion of the glass but it is not as large as yours. The gap is necessary so the glass will clear the frame. You took pictures with the window open which exaggerates the appearance of the gap. When closed the gap is not as noticeable because it is inside the frame. In looking at ours, if the inside one slips too far the window wouldn't close. and that is why I asked. I much prefer the previous sliding window now that I have seen and experienced this new "standard" Emergency Exit window.

Chances are if you pop into most glass companies they will be able to fix it for you, it isn't a difficult job to open it up and re block the sealed unit.

I phone Reace this morning and I send him more photos.
Is going to look at it, and give me some news.
Yesterday I was in a panic mode my new used trailer was sick.
But today I am much calmer, it should be something that is fixable.
I am a little bit protected of my trailer, I want to take good care of it.
Like when you have a new car.....
