Re: Kitchen Waste
Haven't figured that out yet.
I've got a small composting bucket from Lee Valley Tools. Stainless steel. And I picked up a small galvanized bucket from Home Hardware. Both accommodate kitchen catchers. For now, I have the larger one outside and keep the other under the bed. The inside bucket isn't that convenient, but I do most cooking and prep outside.
And I have a 45 gal. drum outside for the beer cans and wine bottles.
