As far as electric water heating goes, this is the first trailer I have had it in, and actually have used it very little, as we are mostly off grid. Yeah, that's our excuse.

To ensure your water heater is full of water, regardless of your fresh water tank, connect your city water and open the pressure release valve that is in the door, along with the heater anode, on the driver side of the trailer.

When you have a good flow of solid water, your tank is full.

And, if I'm wrong, don't call me. But the water exiting the trailer is coming from your hot water tank.
