Update: Had my husband call Airxcel yesterday. Before John even finished describing the problem to the gentleman on the other end, the guy said, "Oh, you have a bad board" and put him through to the parts department. The second gentleman took down the make/model of our trailer, the serial number of the current control board and now we have a new control board on the way.

Thanks again to all who responded and we hope this thread is of help to anyone who might experience this same issue.

Jan. 1 we were awakened at 1 am and then again at 3:15 by the max fan on high with the vent closed. We were in a campground with shore power. No solar or heater. I shut it off using the power button. No rain or obvious condensation. Classy is our 2019 21' so under warranty she is. Thanks to all for sharing info. because this one had me stumped. Doesn't take much.
