Mysterious Dometic Fridge Parts

Hello All:

We picked up our 19' ETI trailer in May and have been out camping several times. It is a great RV and everything works well.

However, there are some parts to the Dometic fridge that are a total mystery to us and there does not seem to be any mention of these in the Dometic manual.

One is a foot-long opaque gray thingy that looks like a set of teeth -- what on earth is that for? The others are two clear plastic pieces, each perhaps 6" by 2". We did figure out the little barricades that fit on the shelves.

Thanks for any help with this,

Phil Beckmann

Those are dental appliances should you want to seek revenge on it Seriously, that goes on the bottom door tray sideways in notches to keep things from moving.

Edit: Have not figured out the 2x6 pieces. "One of his principles has been if you don't understand it get rid of it." Payback movie quote of Mr. Bronson.

Hi: Valentine... The "Teeth" are for the fridge door shelves. When used they clip on the shelves to hold tension against any bottles of salad dressing etc. We don't use them though. I might need them in my old age!!! Alf

The 2x6 pieces are dividers for the plastic bottom tray.
