Mystery Pin

Found this pin on the floor of my 19' ft Escape. Looked around to see if I could figure out where it came from but came up empty. Does this pin look familiar to anyone? Any ideas on where it should go? It's just over an inch in length.

I was going to suggest you throw those away. That guarantees you'll find out where they go, the next day.

That's usually the way it happens. Keep stuff for years and never need it till you throw it out.

After several years, I finally threw out six seat belts I'd removed from my Volkswagen van. Wife got pregnant. Got a car seat, of course, but had no seat belts in the back of the King Cab Nissan. Had to buy a belt.
Kid left home, got married and I bought a RAV4...

Yah, that's what my wife keeps telling me. That I've got so much junk crammed in my store room that I'd never be able to find anything. I love it when she asks if I have a miscellaneous item etc. I walk over to a box on a shelf, reach in and say, "Will this do the job".

We have all kinds of stuff we have kept for when needed. When we finally need it, we forgot by then that we even had it. So bought more anyway. Or we know we have it but don't know where it is. Until we have bought another, of course! Been looking for the stud finder for the new house for some time. I hate buying more stuff when we have it. And we do. Somewhere! Put off buying one but the minute I do, I will find it.
