noisy weight distribution bars

Hi all, I've searched a little and have not found a thread related to the noisy weight distribution bars while towing.
I have the weight distribution but not anti-sway.
Is there maintenance or lubrication to the weight distribution arms or hitch ball that reduces the groaning during tight turns?
Maybe that's just the way it is

If you bought the "Equalizer" hitch from ETI, which is a Pro Series WDH you should use a drop or two of oil where the bars anchor into the hitch. 3-in1 is fine.

I don't worry about a bit of noise, but I do use a white lithium spray grease on the hitch and bars, from time to time.

on the installation instructions it says Professional series Trunnion Style
the fine print at the end also says to add a small drop of oil or grease....guess I could have read that myself.
It's more fun doing it this way
thanks for the replies and I've ordered a can of spray white lithium grease
