We had an oven and tried it once in a previous RV, just wasn't our thing. Now cooking on the BBQ

I am looking forward to trying to bake in a Weber 1200 using the 6x6 clay tile method. I hope to be places that it is too hot to bake in an oven inside a travel trailer (like Arizona or New Mexico or maybe Texas)

The very BEST part of the oven... is camping next to someone with an Escape that has one! Scones in the morning... SWOON! Huh Dave&Kathie?

I like having the oven. Don't use it super often but gives options we wouldn't otherwise have. Fresh baked still hot cinnamon buns on a cold morning are a great option.
