This is mine:
Would certainly be a plus if they could. I wondered with it having the separate controls.

The same thing as a baking stone, or pizza stone. I put it in the oven too to help keep temps more even. On the grill you can do fish nicely right on top of it, though I do use a layer of foil to minimize staining.

What is the unglazed tile you use for a pizza stone? Gotta make another search for one.

I use a taverntine (marble) tile about 1/2" thick, though lots of commercially available stones too.

Home Depot sells them by the case, or in vinyl.

Tile stores would be a better bet. The vinyl might impart a dis-stink-tive flavour to the food.

Baby Weber, works great, I like it better than my “big”grill at home.
All u have to do to connect it to the Escape optional gas connection is remove the regulator.

This message is mainly for those in the lower mainland of British Columbia. On the advice of those on the forum I checked out Dickinson Marine BBQs and found they are made in Cloverdale. I phoned them and learned they have a few models that have been used for CSA testing. They are selling these at a good price. I purchased a Sea B Que today at $100 off.

When I spoke to Dickinson before buying a Spitfire 180, they could ( or would ) not match the lower price advertised at Steveston Marine.
Here's what Steveston site shows today.
You didn't indicate which model or what actual price so we don't know if you got a deal.
Note, prices are Canadian dollars.
I've given my Spitfire 180 away and got a Napoleon two-burner portable.

I got the small Sea B Que for $190. So I guess I didn't get $100 off. But still, not bad. They switched the regulator for low pressure for me, at no charge.

Regulator cost $59 by my recollection, so that's good.
