I drilled 2 holes and ran a bungee strap underneath, did this to both the 19 and 21'. See post #13 here Planned modifications for my 19'

Jim, that is the post where I got your idea to attach the 7 way plug cover on the propane cover. Everyone who has looked at my trailer and noticed it thought it was a great idea.

Just checked and my propane shroud has two tabs down underneath, front and back. Looped rope through them. That shroud is grounded.

The new covers, at least our new cover, did not have the tabs. Our 19 cover had the tabs and a shock cord threaded around the frame. I have some good ideas from everyone's posts on how to fasten the replacement cover.
