I agree, I wouldn't have minded if the Honorable Mr. Baglo ended the thread because you're right, I've seen FGRV get pretty nasty. Aside from some folks with a weird sense of humor, which for some strange reason, I enjoy, it's a pretty easy going forum.

I would like to thank every one for their responses. I was not offended by any of the responses. I have only been on FGRV once, so I didn't realize this was covered there. It seems like every thing I have had questions about I found the answers on this site where the people are great. I appreciate a site where people treat each other with respect. I have learned some things that I hadn't thought of from the answers I received. Thank You

We'd like to avoid it here, since it never goes well.

Very well said. We focus on what we have in common: a great trailer and the love of camping in it. Works out well.

Yeah, we have a different critter problem down here.

I worry more about someone trying to break in or steal our trailer. Since my husband uses it for hunting & fishing, he may be gone away from it for hours at a time in the bush. At least we have a quality hitch lock. I still think it would be a good idea to mount a couple of those portable game cameras that record in the trees nearby. At least that way he'd know if anyone (or any wildlife) had been snooping around.

He'll probably discover that all the prize game hung around the trailer while he was out looking for them.

We have camped in over 25 US states and 3 Canadian provinces. The only thing that we ever needed protection from was a pesky raccoon.

What prevents somebody from stealing the game camera?
