Quality Cover for 2nd gen.19?

Does anyone have any experience with a Goldline Cover?
Other suggestions for a quality cover?
By quality I mean at least a 3, preferably a 5 year warranty.
Thanks!

Think most here will agree that the Calmark cover is a favourite among many. Mine ended up being a perfect fit for my second generation 19. Expensive but hopefully worth it.

How did u size it? Any reference measurement or number I could use?
Also would u share the ball park cost?
Goldline says their fabric will outlast Sunbrella fabric, but they only offer a 5 year vs 6 year warranty offered by Calmark.
Thanks.

I have a Calmark cover and a much much cheaper Expedition cover . The Calmark cover is a bit heavier fabric and seems well made, however, I have had no issues whatsoever using the Expedition cover. If I was purchasing again, I would go with the Expedition cover over the Calmark.

They already have the measurements for the new Gen. they may ask for pics of the roof and side to confirm the layout of a/c and vents though.
The only thing I’m currently having trouble with is water pooling on top, but that would be with any cover.

Several years ago I bought a Goldline cover for my 17B based on the website information. It fit very loosely, essentially designed for a 17 ft stickie. I tightened all the various straps as much as possible. The following winter winds blew the seams out. The cost of labour in Victoria precluded having it resown. My new 19 was completed January 3rd, we are picking it up at the end of the month and heading South. Escape Industries now has a cover they had designed for the 19 - will post comments once seen.

So was the issue with the Goldline one of it not fitting properly or not the best quality? Or both?

Have a Classic Accessories cover for our 19 and going on it's 3rd year with no problems at 1/4th cost of the Calmart. It fits big and need to tie it up well though. Would like to know what ETI will be selling as well.

You are lucky to get long life with your cover . We deal with uv's and only got 2 years with the Classic on our previous camper . Pat

How's the ventilation on these covers? I'd like to protect our 19 from the Florida sun but worry about mold and mildew.

Thanks for any info.

Cal mark is fitted pretty good to your trailer and very good for uv's . No mold or mildew . It has been the best cover we have ever had . Pat

I cover my 5.0TA with a Calmark cover by myself, takes maybe 20 minutes. It does help to have 2 to fold it up when removed.

The cover is fairly heavy and quite bulky, I carry it up to the roof on the 8' step ladder and unroll it from rear to front, being 6'2" helps.

The trick for me is folding/rolling it up the same every time so I know how to unroll it. folded and rolled the cover is about 3' by 2', ish.

Send a message via AIM to Farmerdoug
Did you save the dimensions that you used to order? We have Classic Accessories for all our patio furniture, it has held up well and they have good service.
