Replacing a dome light
One of the dome lights on my 17B went belly up after about 19 months.
I discovered they are not covered under the 2 year ETI warranty.
They are not carried by most RV parts vendors I've checked and I wound up ordering one from ebay. Kind of pricey with shipping.

I have not had trouble finding lights at RV stores either in town or online. Bought a few a couple years ago off Amazon.

One of our LED lights failed on our 2018 Escape after 6 months and two more failed within 16 months . ETI replaced all 3 under warranty .

This looks like the dome lights ETI is using now...not sure if they were using them two years ago, I think they have changed light fixtures during that period.

These, from Amazon, are an exact replacement, at least for my August 2017 21, and seem to hold up longer than the originals from Escape.

I believe after the batch of LED's that started flickering, from 2016-2017, Escape changed their supplier sometime in 2018, The bad ones had irreplaceable strips and the whole light was replaced, now they are back to lights with replaceable LED bulbs.

They do look like replaceable LED bulbs, I changed out a couple of light fixtures on the underside of the upper cabinets in the dinette and pulled the bulbs out of those to keep as spares because they are the same bulbs as all the ceiling lights.

As David surmised, they are now using a different brand of dome light than when Jon and I bought our trailers. You can see that if you compare Jon's picture to the linked picture of Davids.
When I searched I found several suppliers with David's type but only found mine on ebay. I didn't find Jon's Amazon link although I looked there.
Meanwhile Dustin Dionne, the person who responded to my query said the lights and other externally supplied components are not covered by the warranty and I wound up buying the replacement myself.
I'm getting steamed about this. By his statement only the shell would be covered since even the frames are externally supplied.

I called about my flashing dome light and got the not covered by Escape. I ordered these lights from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N11JXFU/I was going to just replace the element, but these lights look like they changed the element. Hopefully better.

I went through this a few months ago - they changed the element, and it looks like it has a bit more regulation circuitry on it or something. So far they've held up OK, but it's only been a few months.
Unfortunately, they also changed the housing slightly. It's not quite the same shape, and the screw holes aren't quite in the same place. Not ideal, but close enough to fit in the same spot anyways.
