I'm guessing it's weight is about 40 lbs, give or take. It's easy if someone is taking care of the bolts while you lift. Have some paint handy because the side contact points are unpainted.

The eTrailer listing shows the shipping weight as 94 pounds. That appears to include the upper part which is welded to the trailer frame, the bolts, and of course some packaging, but the lower part appears to be the majority of the mass.

I think that would be worthwhile. Unlike some designs, this one appears to have only two positions; hopefully the other position is in the right direction for you.
