Anyone used a sink drain basket removal tool for removing the sewer hose from trailer drain? i find it very tight hard to get on/off the drain attachment. my neighbor at the NOG recommended it but hadn't tried it yet looks like it should work if it's the right size.

I don't Kate, but I know what you're talking about. A couple of times I've had 'issues.' Finally sprayed the area with dry lube and it's 10 times easier. I have a can in the trailer of the stuff because I use it on other things... like the awning arms and rear stabilizers.

The stock one was a little easier to connect and disconnect than my Rhinoflex, but the Rhinoflex is much heavier duty and keeps its bends and length where you want them. A little Vaseline on the hose side seems to make it easier.

Hi all.
I have heard about that Vaseline trick before so have used it.Sure works you don't want those little ears on the twist fitting to break off.
