Been reading up on the difference between the Artis and the Shurflo revolution pumps. The Shurflo is quieter it appears because of the one piece diaphragm design, and more thermal insulation. The Artis manual warns to always turn the pump switch off when the unit is unattended, but the Shurflo doesn't have the warning. Based on what many have said here and in other forums, the Shurflo looks like a MUCH better pump.
