Stabilizer fell off
Pulled into the storage area over slightly rough ground. Jack is lying on the ground. Attachment screws must have rusted out. Would like to upgrade to scissor jack but don't think the attachment holes will line up. Also, is it weird to have two different types of stabilizers on a trailer? (Solar Panel ready to fall off last week but that's a different post.)

A number of folks have had issues with the jack attachments. Some have found that even their new unit had one of the screws broken off. So it's possible that you only had 2 holding on the stabilizer. My previous 19 was that way. I removed 2 stabilizers yesterday and was happy to see all 3 attachments were intact.
It's nice to minimize the number of new holes that you drill in the frame. Ones that go on the transverse frame are the least important.
I don't think that it'd be oddball or a problem to have a different type of stabilizer front and rear.

We have one of the early trailers that have scissor jacks because ETI was sent them by mistake and they used them. We like them. They are welded on.

Speaking of stabilizers. I had ordered the Camco RV Stabilizing Base Pads for use in dirt, sand etc. I'm tired of the wood blocks I have used. These pads are round and bolted to the bottom of the stabilizer. The add said it would fit "most" stabilizers but I won't know until I can get to my trailer. Now I am thinking not after seeing them. Escape use to sell them but I don't see them on their site anymore. If these don't work what will and where did you find them? Thanks.

B.A.L. makes base pads specific for their C-jacks.

Thanks for that. Looks like I bought the equivalent of a BAL #23035 for light trailers.

Yes, those are the exact ones I put on my 2014 E21. Since then I had them factory installed, but they are the same....

I found that the stabilizer jacks barely reached the ground - especially since we have the high lift axle - and if our campsite had any slope to it that made the distance to the ground even greater in the back, I'd have to add blocks under them. We have the ETI installed "sand pads" which are metal plates on the end of the stabilizer arm, so I just cut some scrap pieces of 2x6 and screwed 2 to each jack pad, giving me three more inches of reach. Haven't had to use blocks under them since. With the wood blocks sprayed black, they blend right in with everything else under the trailer.
