stabilizer jacks

"Stabilizer Jacks" Was wondering if people out there lubricate them or leave them dry and squeaky. I'm thinking on dusty trails oil or grease will attract more grime . I've left mine dry but the squealing is becoming to much. Pros and Cons. ?

There are multiple dry lubricants that can be used.
