The following questions is for those who currently have the 19' or previously had another TT w/double axle...
Have any of you used the stop blocks that go in between the wheels for added stability & extra safety? If so, did you find that they were effective and worth the $? Which ones do you use (make/model)?
On our 1st trip to Camping World yesterday, I saw two different styles.
One is primarily lightweight plastic (2.5 lbs) & less expensive which is good, but I'm not sure of it's durability. The small version fits 26 inch to 30 inch diameter tires with tire spacing of 1-1/2 inch to 3-1/2 inch. The larger version fits tires 26 inch to 30 inch in diameter with spacing of 3-1/2 inch to 5-1/2 inch. Does anyone with a 19 know how far apart the wheels are spaced?

The other is sturdy steel which is good but twice as expensive and 3x as heavy (6.5 lbs each). It supposedly will fit tire spaces from 1 3/8" - 12" apart which is more versatile than the plastic model.

It seems like a worthwhile expenditure to me - especially if it minimizes rocking/movement inside the trailer since Shay is prone to motion sickness.
Thoughts &/or opinions are appreciated...
