Suction Cup ideas

Here is a link to the Oliver forum that might be useful to someone. I was not aware that a suction cup paper towel holder was available.

Re: Suction Cup ideas

I love the suction cups - I got a package of them at Linen's-n-things (going out of business). I put them on the outside to hang raincoats, wet pfds, towel for wet dogs, etc - practically doubles the coat capacity of the trailer.

Re: Suction Cup ideas

These aren't suction cups, although I did get some suction cups that you "snap" down to hang facecloths in the bathroom.

But, what I got today at "Home Outfitters" is a "over cabinet paper towel holder" and a "over cabinet hho" actually a double hook. Stainless steel and they are rubber lined to protect cabinets.
They fit perfectly on the cupboard door under the sink. Tight so no moving...The paper towel roll is behind the door, so you do have to open the door to get at it....but isn't in the way. The hooks I will have for the hand towel and dish cloth, hanging on the outside to air dry... paper towel holder was $15.99 and the hook was $7.99

I wasn't sure about the paper towel holder over the sink as I have the extra window and there didn't seem to be too much room with the blind....

Oh I am getting all organized (and I love it!!!)

Heh Amirie,
Where is "Home Outfitters"? Sounds like the thing for hanging kitchen towels. Is that in Chilliwack?

Re: Suction Cup ideas

Unfortunately there isn't one in Chilliwack, but there is one on Sumas Way in Abbotsford which is your way up from the US border at Huntington. (nearest border crossing to Chilliwack)
I was very pleased to find them. I'll take a picture tomorrow after work.....

I found an over the door hanger for the bathroom door at a Dollar store and Doug just re-bent it to make it a smaller bend and it fits much better now. Doesn't bang on the door and I think it would hold a few towels as well as a small jacket or two if I wanted them out of the way....

Hi: All... Home Outfitters I think are owned by "The Bay"(Hudson Bay Co.) which in turn is now owned by Lord and Taylor from the U.S.
