Tilt out windows

We have a 2015/16 21 foot new mold trailer with tilt out windows. 2 of the windows have broken seals between the panes and are full of moisture. Any recommendations?

Are they the small ones used in the bathroom and I'm not sure where else on a 21. On mine they were in the bathroom and kitchen and both failed and were replaced. I'm not sure if yours would still be under warranty but you could contact Escape to see.
If they are not there are companies who rebuild them and offer better warranties than the original manufacture.

I'm confused over which E21 you are questioning about? Your avatar says 2017 and yet you are questioning about 2015 0r 2016 model?

I have updated the Avatar. Title says 2016. It was one of the first 21's with the new mold.

One of them is the right side of the double window by the bed. The other is the left side of the double window on the back of the trailer. They haven't separated like some people are talking, but there is moisture between the panes.

Did you obtain your answer on the moisture? Any pictures?
